Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, onsite position with school districts in the Houston, TX area. Requirements to Apply:

Hold an active Texas SLP License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)

Valid Texas Educator Certification with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement (or be eligible to obtain)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
-
Must pass all state and district background checks and fingerprint clearance
-
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
